How did you get into bodybuilding?

My best friend, Hatem Abdelakhar, was an Olympic judo player. He introduced me to the game when I was 16 years old.

How long do you spend training per week?

I train six days a week for an hour and a half.

Who do you look up to as a role model?

I look up to both Arnold and Greg Plitt.

Do you follow a certain dietary plan? Can you give some hints about it?

My dietary plan consists of intermittent fasting. I skip breakfast each day, but eat three meals. I eat the first meal around 1pm, the second around 4pm, and the third at 8pm. Then, I fast for 16 hours until I start eating again the next day at 1pm.

What is your favourite exercise?

Incline Bar Bench Press

What is your major dream?

My dream is to be one of the top fitness models in the industry and to inspire and motivate people through motivational speaking.

How have sports changed your life?

Well, sports have always been one of my main interests in my life. I practised football when I was a kid and used to be one of the greatest players at my school. As I grew up, I grew more attracted to bodybuilding and fitness training. Over time, it became a part of my lifestyle. If I miss even one practice, it doesn't feel right. Sports have definitely affected my life in a positive manner. I would have led a totally different life if sports weren’t there! Actually, sports make you more hyperactive by nature. You wake up so early to make sure you work out your body before starting your day and must always consider a clean and healthy diet. Activity fills you with so much positive energy in your work environment. Sports have made me more productive both mentally and physically.
